Good news, everything is going as planned.

Windows users should get a head start on getting the tools setup: https://github.com/timvideos/litex-buildenv/wiki/Bash-On-Windows

florent: The README should gives direction on how to get started. The quick start guide explain how to install things a run the lxsim. This allow testing things without installing a FPGA toolchain (only verilator) . You can also find some introduction to FPGA/Migen/LiteX here: https://github.com/litex-hub/fpga_101

If you know something about FGPA and Linux modules, maybe you can take this on: https://github.com/timvideos/litex-buildenv/wiki/FPGA_Linux_module

And as long as I have your attention, here is a problem I would love for someone to look at: USB tty issue: https://github.com/timvideos/HDMI2USB-fx2-firmware/issues/13 "Serial port drops chars" - we have 100's of workarounds, but they all make it harder to debug.
