Cards Against Quarantine v0.2

Changes

• The entire codebase has been converted to TypeScript
• Added support for "Pick 2" prompt cards
• The user list is sorted by score
• Added an option to recycle cards
• Implemented the "Rotate Czar" option
• Clients can now reconnect after a server restart
• After creating a room, a window is now displayed with the link
• Added a "Skip Prompt" option for card czars
• Rooms now have an "admin token", which can be used for debugging and customisation
• Added user flairs, which currently just pins them to the top of the scoreboard and highlights their name
• Added the Disney Pack

Bug Fixes

• The game can now continue if the card czar disconnects mid-way
• Excess 'likes' on a message will no longer overflow the chat window
• Fixed a bug where submitting a card would mark it as submitted for every room
• Corrected typos in a number of base-game cards
