SPRINT_simulation

This is R code to create a reproducible dataset from the BioLINCC SPRINT dataset for simulation analyses.

The dataset can be obtained under a data user agreement with the NHLBI at the link

The code accompanies the study:

Oikonomou EK, Spatz ES, Suchard MA, Khera R. Individualising intensive blood pressure reduction in hypertension using computational trial phenomaps and machine learning: a post-hoc analysis of randomised clinical trials (under review).
