ANALYSIS

1) Run distributions
	./run distributions.cc data/alig*/fill_*/xangle_*/DS? -submit
	./run distributions.cc data/phys/fill_*/xangle_*/*/ -submit

2) Horizontal alignment

2.0) Match data from alignment fill 5685 to data from alignment fill 5912 - already done, alignment constants store in config files.

2.1) Run matching (methods "x" and "y", wrt. alig/fill_5685)
	./run match data/phys/fill_*/xangle*/*/ -submit

3) Vertical and tilt alignment

3.1) Method "fit"
	./run y_alignment data/phys/fill_*/xangle*/*/ -submit

3.2) Method "s-curve"
	./run y_alignment_alt data/phys/fill_*/xangle*/*/ -submit
