Crop Budgets
This is the start of a hopefully more complete schema relating to the calculation of farm budgets for the AHB project, (and beyond). In the end we hope to calculate farm budgets for a number of crops competing with poplar. In the near term, we are developing enough tables to provide input in the current BCAM model, which already include the results of some of these budgets.
There are three tables needed for BCAM input:
The growth table shows total water requirements and when the crop is in the ground. These values can change from State to state, and so a state fips code is included. There is one commodity,fips combination.

The fips column is the state fips code for each commodity.
The water column shows
The landuse column is a 24 character string. The 0s and 1s represent the two week periods that the crops are using the land, where a 1 indicates, the land is in use.
