Name of the PR

♻️ Current situation & Problem

  • We need to store the data into fhirstore locally
  • We need to add the mock patients to the app

⚙️ Release Notes

  • Stores all the data into fhirstore, so we can easily index the data
  • Allows us to use mock patients, so we can test our code on mock data

📚 Documentation

  • I did not change nay Spezi Documentation

✅ Testing

  • I tested this code in the simulator, but have not written any functionality tests yet
