Feature Implemented:

Vulkan grass render pipeline
Force simulation (gravity, recovery, wind)
Culling (orientation, view-frustum, distance)
All other basic features
(Extra credit) Tessellation based on dynamic LOD

Feedback:
It's not bad as a vulkan practice project, but it would be nicer to have projects with better visuals that can catch the eye.
