First official release of the community hydrological modelling workflow versions

Providing participants with:

1. Overview of setting up HPC modules and Python virtual environments for the session,
2. Workflow using hydrant v0.1.0-dev0 in generating the geospatial fabric for the Bow River at Banff basin,
3. model-agnostic data processes for the model setup,
4. MESH-specific processes to set up the MESH model.
