Write R (or Rmd) script to perform following DE:
Cluster vs Rest
Contrast comparisons from contrasts.tab

Use 3 DE algorithms:
MAST
edgeR::QLFit+QLFTest
limma::trend

Return all three outputs for comparisons. Include Venn diagrams of overlapping DEGs
