Missing main.nf

I'm trying to get a minimal example of camisim up and running, but am having issues.

It looks like other branches have it, so having a minimal main.nf in the main branch would help folks get up and running.

Hi, thank you for your interest in CAMISIM. The main branch is not using nextflow (yet), so you would have to use the documentation for the 1.3 version to run CAMISIM. If you want to run CAMISIM with nextflow you currently have to use the dev branch

Hi, I ran into this too - note that the documentation in the main wiki here, https://github.com/CAMI-challenge/CAMISIM/wiki/User-manual, suggests using main.nf. Very confusing.
