Add command for loading icontools (#43)

* command for loading icontools

From the instructions, it is not clear that the package also needs to be loaded after installation

* clone icontools

* introduce BC

* make commands clearer

* add -A to sbatch command

* Minor corrections

* Renaming lbc file

* BC -> LBC
