PenTools options

  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -g GITLIST, --gitList GITLIST specify the gitList file
  -p PATH, --path PATH  installation path (default is /opt)
  -d, --download        download only, no installation
  -v, --verbose         increase output verbosity
  -u, --update          update git repositories
  -c, --configure       auto configure the tools
