Gas sensor
The main premise of a gas sensor board is to detect any air-related environmental variables. The central component of this module is an MQ-6 gas sensor (can be any other sensor from MQ series). Sensitivity of the sensor can be adjusted according to the documentation https://www.sparkfun.com/datasheets/Sensors/Biometric/MQ-6.pdf
The output is represented by both analog and digital data. Digital data transmission is indicated by an LED.
Do not connect or disconnect connectors while power is ON. All adjustments must be done ONLY when power is OFF.
The LED next to the potentiometer indicates whether the board is powered or not.
Be cautious when working with potentially harmful or unstable gases. Make sure to have your activity registered and supervised by a safety officer.
