Setup

• Run npm install
• Run node bin/bm-cli setup and follow instructions
• Run node server.js

Development Setup

• Setup BanManager Minecraft plugin with Spigot
• See Setup instructions above
• For running tests, ensure DB_USER has permission to create databases
