As part of the print medication feature, a configuration was introduced to auto select all medications in the medications tab for printing. However, this configuration is currently not functioning. The issue arose due to the merging of a PR for enabling the IPD feature, which inadvertently removed few changes related to print medication feature https://github.com/Bahmni/openmrs-module-bahmniapps/pull/959/files#diff-b66de7a8ea826627711d635700e677262b8918a366bdd54947eb80f746255b68R9. This PR adds those changes back to restore the complete functionality of the print medication feature.
