Included Sons of Horus, Legion force type

Closes #1 with addition of Sons of Horus.

Additionally, added the "Legion" force type with only a single entry:
Legion Astartes.  Allows users to select their Legion affiliation, which
will in turn unlock (and eventually display/unhide) the various units
and rites of war available to them.
