Refactor ddg and clean dda (#16)

* refactored Panzer Lehr infantry

* fixed option support units

* fixing defaults for support OR options

* removing restriction on command card because they are now individual items

* not breaking out beach defence except for platoon, but will if there are shared units

* fallie doods

* basic refactor of dd:g done

* removing some of the shared items that are never shared.  You can share when you need to share

* remove unneeded sharing.  Sharing is only caring if there are 2 (dd:g)

* more share-removal for dda from single use cases
