  • Prevent Famous Admiral costs counting for ship cost ratios.
    • For example, Tayne and their Warsaw cost 30 for Tayne and 110 for the Warsaw. Previously the full 140 points counted towards medium ships, allowing that many points of heavy and light.
  • Fix PHR Famous Admiral group categories.
  • Replace non-breaking spaces with normal ones. These sneaked in and caused rule names in text to sometimes not be linked to the rule.
