Aligning Big Brains and Atlases - v0.8.0
ABBA standalone installer created thanks to the repo https://github.com/BIOP/abba-installer that uses conda-constructor
This installer works for windows OS only. It bundles:
- Fiji with the PTBIOP and OMERO update site
- a conda environment for PyImageJ and Brainglobe
- a conda environment for DeepSlice
- the elastix and transformix registration tool
