Protect: Fix blockedRequests destructuring fallback #39569

Fixes #
When blockedRequests property is not set in the initial state we should fallback to returning 0 for each stat, with the current configuration it will error out

Proposed changes:

  • Fix prop naming the destructuring process to supply a valid fallback

Other information:

  • Have you written new tests for your changes, if applicable?
  • Have you checked the E2E test CI results, and verified that your changes do not break them?
  • Have you tested your changes on WordPress.com, if applicable (if so, you'll see a generated comment below with a script to run)?

Testing instructions:

  • Using Jurassic Tube on the trunk version of Protect
  • Update line 134 of the ConnectedFirewallHeader component update the property value to force the fallback and verify the error occurs
  • Checkout this branch and ensure the error no longer occurs and that the StatCard renders 0 for each stat
