Week 7 Release

This release should be used for course evaluation.

Details

(new marked bold)

• Supports adding games that work with a single file or multiple files, such as PSX games
  • Games can be added directly or as .zip, .rar or .7z archives
• Supports selecting games that have been added
• Contains various helpers for selecting games
• Verifies added game files on launch
• Supports move/copy to single folder/subfolders operations for selected files
• Settings for subfolder names, stored in settings.conf, modifiable via progam

Improvements

• Fixed UI lag caused by large amount of updates to it when processing games
• Multi-file games are now combined into a single entity when all the files are added at once.
• UI is now more responsive
• Added .7z and .rar support
• Setting values now validated
• Added Logo to Tools view
• Removed dumb guess-work filename Console guesses

Known issues

• Duplicate games that are .bin format group all .bin files under a single game. Workaround: Add these games individually via Add Files so that they are combined properly.

• Supports selecting games that have been added
• Contains various helpers for selecting games

• Now supports .iso files (Although console is not yet identified)
• Changed to a better database structure Old games.db no longer compatible
