Also edit the .gitignore to include bash command-line history
Removed special character to see if its messing with workflow
The CoC template reccomended by GitHub seemed like a fitting Code of Conduct for the software startup assignment. Therefore, I have decided to utilize the reccomended code of conduct provided.
I decided to implement the standard and functioning bug report and issue templates, as they include the necessary information for our software development project as software engineers.

Update the Version of Chasten for Pushing to PyPi
Add Dockerfile for developers to use to run Chasten
fix: Datasette-serve command not running correctly on Windows
fix: Changed encoding to utf-8 if default fails
Feature: adds version command to `chasten`
these checks were hindering our build. They serve no semantic purpose, so it is completely appropriate to remove them.
fix: removing covbadge to free the build
WIP: Feature: Allow `min` and `max` values in any checks file to have `null` value
Hopefully fixes the pip install issue on windows
