- Runs on the 1st of every month
- Also runs on pull request (at least for now so we can see it in action)
Test passed on the initial pull request but we don't want it tested every time.

The first PR checks passed (including the monthly-warning-test), but I'm assuming we don't want it run on every pull request, so I removed the pull request trigger. |
