This PR aims to bring options allowing to customise the number of Arch news to display before updating and with the
-n/--newsoption.Users can now optionally specify the number of Arch news to display for the current execution when using the
-n/--newsoption, like so:arch-update --news 10.Users can permanently set the number of Arch news to display before updating and with the
-n/--newsoption by setting theNewsNum=[Num]option inarch-update.conf, like so:NewsNum=10The default value is 5.
