This PR aims to bring a french translation for the Arch-Update documentation (namely the README and the man pages).

Both READMEs (english and french) have a link back and forth between each other.
Once a new release is tagged, the french version of the man pages will be the default one for system set up with french language.

The french translation of the script itself will follow.
