r10 VS R55 (api4) compatibility

This release offers R55 (api4) compatibility while retaining compatibility with previous versions.
This is a recommended update for all users regardless of whether you use R55 or not.

Rough changelog:

• YCoCg color family support is completely removed
• no more checks for COMPAT color families as they are removed from VS as well
• Other R55 compatibility adjustments (though mvsfunc continues to support R54 and older VS releases)
• Added more parameters to fmtconv specific optional arguments to Depth and its friends
• Version number bumped to r10 (last upstream version is r9, even though it's unreleased, to avoid any confusion, we skipped release r9)
