Included in this PR:

  • small readme update
  • moved some packages to dev dependencies to reduce app size
  • formatted code
  • add prettier check to lint script to catch formatting issues
  • added vscode settings (ex. format on save and some tailwind config)
  • add 2 new CI workflows for Lighthouse perf testing and lint/build check
  • setup husky and lint-staged
  • add github codeowners file with myself and @apotdevin
  • setup commitlint (conventional)
