For ORA output... is the focus that you get a p-value out of it or that it is a hypergeometric p-value value? (Is it a p-value? lol) I think using "hypergeometric" here may confuse a reader in this section and could be included as extra info? The hypergeometric test details are covered well later on.

It's your typical p value, it just comes from a hypergeometric test. I will drop the hypergeometric note if we find that distracting.

Hmm... I feel like if I drop the "hypergeometric" part this sentence doesn't say much.

I'm gonna keep it and assume if people want to know more they will go to the analysis itself.
