Blockrain 0.2.0

This is much closer to what we actually wanted to do with BlockRain. The new version has:

• Support for custom designs for each block.
• Touch controls, so it now works on mobile.
• New callbacks (onPlace and others)
• Many of bugfixes (the game no longer speeds up randomly)
