Updated to Net 7.0!

Fixed

• Binary Sizes - now there are two available, one which is framework dependent (NET must be installed on machine), and one that is self-contained (NET is not required on machine, as it is bundled in the app).

Known Issues

• Minor graphical errors for the combo boxes on the main page.
• Encoding icon in top bar never turns green
• Encoding icon does not show progress

This is the oldest binary I have available for this.

Since it is technically fully featured, and this is pre-semantic-versioning, I will set this to be the baseline v1.0.0.
