Bugs fixed in this release:

• Always select the first search result
• Added support to show all search results
• Allow the highlighter to work with custom item rendering
• Fixed a bug where removing all characters but the delimiter will cause the plugin to not function correctly (the dropdown is still there but it will display all results regardless of the search input)
