This is the first release of Stalefish. The code here was used to prepare the paper 'Comparing cortex-wide gene expression patterns between species in a common reference frame'. Mac 'dmg' and Linux 'snap' packages are available here and you can also get the app from the snap store: https://snapcraft.io/stalefish (for (almost) any flavour of Linux).

Mac

Download Stalefish.dmg and install in the usual way. You may need to go to Apple -> System Preferences -> General and click 'open anyway' because we have not signed this app with an Apple Developer ID.

Linux

Visit https://snapcraft.io/stalefish and follow the installation instructions there.
