  1. New Redis ENV variables 

    - added optional ENV variables `REDIS_DB_CACHE` (default `0`) and `REDIS_DB_SESSIONS` (default `1`)
- changed caching journal to Redis
- added path `./config/php` to the Php-Cs-Fixer configuration
- updated CHANGELOG
