Display Summary of Warnings at end of install

In some cases, the installer will know something went wrong, but continue the installation anyway.

An example is if the installer is installing a Language patch, but it can't find a matching sharedassets0.assets file, it will just use the default one rather than terminating the installation.

It would be nice to show a summary of these warnings at the end of the install, so it's more obvious something may have went wrong.

• Flag warnings for common warning cases
• Display Summary of warnings at end of install
• Do not display green "Install Completed Successfully" if warnings were generated - instead display yellow "Install Completed with Warnings"
