What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a series of posts and assign them a series of categories
2.show the News Posts region of the home page and select a single category for inclusion
3.save changes and launch site
4.scroll to bottom of home page and click on the "older entries" button
5. a "Latest News" page is displayed which displays posts that have not been associated with the single category that was selected.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only posts with the configured category - and only those older than the posts already displayed on the home page should be displayed.
What versions of WordPress and Arras Theme are you using?
WP: 3.2.1
Arras: 1.5.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I have two test posts that are associated with the root category called "News" (you can also see that category located at the bottom of the category widget in the left side bar). If you click on the category in the side bar you will be taken to a "News Archive" page with only my two test posts showing that there are only two posts with that category assigned.
I configured the News Posts of the Home page to include only posts with the "News" category set. I also configured the region to display a News Count of 5. Since there are only two posts with this category I don't see the need for an "Older Entries" button until the number of posts exceeds 5. But in any case if you click on the "Older Entries" button you will see a page displayed with many posts, none of which are associated with the News category.
