Latest Wordpress update has caused this problem, my site doesn't work [moved]

<b>What steps will reproduce the problem?</b>
1.I updated my sites with a new version of Wordpres

<b>What is the expected output? What do you see instead?</b>

After updated to new version of WP, my sites goes 'blank', empty, nothing there expect a blank white page. Can't access anything. My hosting provider told me that this themes is not suitable with that new version of WP and they have to changed to another themes that suites well with this new WP version to make it work.

<b>What versions of WordPress and Arras Theme are you using?</b>

Wordpress 3.2.x something like that and Arras 1.5.0.1
