Describe the bug

I want to update my old Aeotec Gen5 stick (fw 1.2 sdk 6.81.6) controller to a gen7, so I try to do a NVM Backup, but I always have this error in the log:

resolved,
I had it on a AMD nuc, and there is a bug with the gpu driver,
a simple reboot and everything work fine.
The gen7 replaced the gen5 controller.
