Prepare public repo

This repo needs to go from private to public. Things to do before that happens:

• Move IDS specific code to IDS specific repository -- at least ZuMal and ZuHand
• Move IDS specific data to IDS specific repository -- for example, precalculated measures, json files for ZuMal, basically everything under "data"
• Move scripts (?)
• Edit the POM so that it excludes solr, jetty etc. (already done for TGDP, just needs to be transferred)
• Include the Beckhams example from the EXMARaLDA demo corpus
