Current implementation is using the deprecated HTTP API: https://api.amplitude.com/httpapi

This is a request to use the new API: https://api2.amplitude.com/2/httpapi

Hi, I'd really like to use this library. Would it be possible to fix and merge the open PR from last year that updates to v2 of the API? Thanks!
