Icons not working

I have followed the installation instructions carefully, and the date picker is working fine, but the icons are not appearing in the popup and the button to popup the calendar is sitting well to the right of the form.
This is Bootstrap 3 and Rails 4.2.1

Hi,

The default icon set is the Glyphicon, which should be made available in your project by the Bootstrap. If you want to use the Font-Awesome icon set, you have to make it available in your project. This GEM only using the correct icon names for the calendar.
