Any reason not to just remove this prompt? We already say on the first page of the wizard that you can reinstall later from the Cite pane. There's also not a great way to improve this prompt. Could say "Cancel Installation" as OK and "Resume Installation" as cancel, but that's still sort of clumsy and pointless. If you click Cancel, we should probably just cancel.
