Add historical DKIM keys to archive.prove.email

Currently, old emails show an X because we cannot verify old keys.

We already fetch possible valid keys from the archive, but we should hit the protected APIs on the archive if someone wants to prove an email for which we don't yet have the public key, but they have two emails and a valid signin JWT showing that they are valid emails -- we can do a GCD via our existing scripts in the archive.prove.email repo and then add that selector and public key into the archive.
