Jumper

  • SB1 (3.3V LDO Bypass)
    • ON: 3.3V LDO bypassed, 3.3V provided through the buck regulator of DRV8316.
    • OFF (Default): 3.3V provided through the LDO.
  • SB2 (nSLEEP Reset)
    • ON: Connected DRV8316 nSLEEP pin to RESET button.
    • OFF (Default): Disconnected DRV8316 nSLEEP pin to RESET button.
  • SB3 (Voltage Reference Selection)
    • ON (Default): Connected +3.3V to STM32 VREF+ and DRV8316 VREF/LILM, VREF+ used as input.
    • OFF: Disconnected +3.3V to STM32 VREF+ and DRV8316 VREF/LILM, voltage reference powered by STM32G4 embed voltage reference buffer, VREF+ used as output.

    • CPOL=0. Clock is low when idle.
    • CPHA=1. Data sampled on 2nd edge (i.e. falling edge).
  • 16-bit data frame.
