Ignore stage name

When reproducing a stage, check for a 'base' keyword or so in the DVC yaml metadata and see if a stage with that name can be used to load the data and then commit. Same when running a stage, also commit to base name, if exits. Can also generate the base name based on CMD/CMD+deps/params and use a hash?
