Data Export: better terms and one-click export

The marketing material for Convene states:

We don't sell your activity, and you can take your data with you.

The reader might presume they could get a complete export of their content and data from their Zinc-hosted Convene instance. But what is Zinc's SLA for a data export? For example, I might want to know:

• What data is included?
• How long will an export take?
• What format?
• How will it be available for download?
• How long will it be available for download once ready?
• Can I export my data without deleting my account?
• How many times can a customer request a data export in a given period?

The terms could use some expansion and clarification.

For context, I'm poking this bear because I have a personal interest in designing and building a One-Click Export™️ feature and may be able to work this as part of a final project for my Gray Area Responsible Tech design course. That said, if it doesn't ultimately make sense to spend cycles on that now, even without a full-blown one-click experience I imagine it's valuable to update the copy for this data security claim in the marketing material. I've also noted this as part of scoping for #2270.

One-Click Export is my personal goal. and if a client were to request a full export I would write a script to do it and check-it-in. Then if it happens a few more times, I would implement the script into Convene directly.

Re: The Terms - These are all great operational questions for when we have say, hundreds of clients. Trying to figure out exactly what boundaries are going to be important to enforce seems premature at this time; especially since we are growing our clientbase as slowly as we safely can.
