We should put devices through a full discovery and scanning after they have their firmwares updated. Essentially treat them like they were just paired to the network.

Initial thoughts:

  1. device completes update
  2. capture all user custom configs
  3. soft removal from ZHA
  4. full discovery as if it is new device
  5. full scan as if it is a new device
  6. reapply user configs that still apply to the device
  7. add back to ZHA and go through normal config / init / entity discovery

Would need #115 as currently written
