It makes sense to show the small units instead of decimal format when < a full unit. Or at least provide an option to do so.

I can see it is more useful to use a smaller unit when the total measurement is not big enough to a larger unit, but this is not the priority at the moment. I don't have a timeline for this enhancement yet.

This may be part of #48 as a new feature in v1.0.0 next year.
