Hi!
given that this package is, maybe, the most used package to calculate FST in R, could you add an function to calculate the CI for the FST estimates?
For the mean fst its easy, but I'm dealing with the CIs for the weighted Fst estimate.
Just a recommendation.

Thanks in advance and have a nice year!

My request is somewhat related, and I was not sure if I should have written a separate issue so:

Would it also be possible, to add the function to calculate Fst in haploid organisms (as per Weir, 1996)? I work with a haplo-diploid system (honey bees) and depending on the sex sampled the Fst calculation changes. I could also see it being useful for Y chromosome analyses. I am not sure of the difficulty of this, but know vcftools and the hierfstat package have implemented this, would be nice to have it available in this package though.
