The zfs-mount.service unit file that is getting built for the RHEL/CentOS package is resolving an incorrect path to sbin.
It's getting resolved to ~/sbin - the tilde alias is unsupported via systemd and is just getting ignored. I don't believe this affects any functionality, but it's a simple fix.
