Some messages don't go through the service

I'm noticing a lot of messages from users don't get through the service. I'm using the most basic example from npm site and it still does not work properly. Some messages get lost and the service stops working after a while without any errors.

I decided to change to the python version which is more active and well maintained, but thanks for the help. Apparently it has to do with underage accounts from Brazil, where I'm based. They don't show up on the services for some reason.
